DEPOSIT FOR CHEMICAL SERVICES
A $45 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR CHEMICAL SERVICES. THIS WILL SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED IF DEPOSIT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 24 HOURS. THIS IS ALSO A NON REFUNDABLED DEPOSIT UNLESS IT IS MY FAULT FOR CANCELATION . Deposits will go towards your service total. When you sign in online please put an email or phone number that I can send a deposit invoice to. The invoice will allow you to pay online. If you don’t want to check in online, text 945/336/5082 with the number I can send an invoice to. I also accept cash app, Zelle and Venmo. Message me for that info.

CANCELATION POLICY
There is not a fee for canceling. Please cancel as soon as you know you can’t make it in. If you cancel a color appointment you for fit your deposit. If you Reschedule- your deposit will go to the next apt. If you cancel/reschedule more than 3 times you risk not being able to get another appointment and you forfit the deposit. if you continue to cancel/reschedule your haircut apt, you will also risk not being able to be accepted for future appointments. PLEASE DO NOT COME IN IF YOU ARE SICK. If you are not sure if you are sick or if you are getting over being sick, please wear a mask just in case. I don’t usually wear a mask, but I will if you request it or if you are getting over a sickness.

This is a non judgmental business and I accept everyone! I still reserve the right to deny any services to anyone who is being rude, condescending or making me feel uncomfortable. If I feel that I can not satisfyyour needs I can also deny you service to save both of us the headache and trauma. This does not happen often, but sometimes I may not be the stylist for you.
